My lessons will start with understanding ways to notice when you are getting angry and way to manage that and reduce and resolve the issue in a calm and collected manner while acknowledging the situation andhelping you to find ways to communicate with people that your getting angry as well as meditation tips and exercises to help reduce stress and get more control over your emotions
