About Rhys
I love languages. From my first my first French lesson, I was hooked. I then did a fast-track A-level in Spanish, going from a complete beginner to getting an A in one year.
As I've learned languages I have loved seeing myself grow in confidence, being able to communicate with a widening pool of people and also learning about other perspectives of life.
At University, I was a French and Spanish tutor in a local secondary school, I taught English as a foreign language in France and I also mentored and supported struggling A-level French students whilst at College. I have lots of teaching experience and I love teaching.
Living and working in France, Spain and Bolivia have enabled me to further refine my languages.
I am now working in law, but I want to keep my love of languages and desire to help others grow in their language skills going.

Learning a language is one of the most rewarding and exciting things to do. Although you may just be learning it for a qualification, you have the opportunity to develop a skill for life.
I want you to enjoy learning a language, so I will look at what you need, how you learn, what your goals are, what you like and dislike and the lessons will be centred entirely around you.
We can do exam practice, speaking practice, reviewing essays, vocab, grammar... I love it all and will be happy to help however I can.
I think the most productive lessons are not too long, so 45 mins is a good time, and we can go up to 60 mins if necessary.
