About Sepi
My journey started in 2019 during one of the most challenging times of my life. I was searching for ways to balance my energy and bring peace to my soul and this journey of discovery led me to yoga. Once I had completed my first yoga session I knew I had found what I was looking for and it has been a passion I’ve continued to explore ever since. Now I want to share this beautiful journey with more souls, hopefully bringing peace and serenity to many more people through the beautiful practice of yoga. As I discovered what “true yoga” is, I found a balance between my physical body and spiritual soul, As I progressed in Vinyasa Yoga I gradually explored other forms of yoga (Ashtanga) and started to complete some advanced positions. As I was completing my master’s degree, I noticed that I was referring more and more to yoga to bring balance to my mind and I believed that I could share these techniques with others, so I took this journey to the next level and completed my yoga teacher training with “Om mani padme hum”, a registered school in yoga alliance. Thank to my yoga teacher, Samin, who’s guidance along this journey has been invaluable, and helped me get to this stage.

When I’m planning classes, I will base it on my student’s needs. Sometimes I will focus the session around empowering and strengthening their physical body. Other times it will be more important to connect their breathing and energetic body which is when we will work on the chakras. For beginner session, I will focus on strengthening, breathing, and completing the basic asanas to allow their bodies to firstly get to know yoga by connecting to themselves.

I have started yoga with sepi since November 2023 and it has completely transformed my routine to a better. She doesn't only give you the yoga lesson but also food consultation as she studied and knows alot about food and what you should put in your body. She is throughly positive and makes the classes based on your need and mood!
I was initially reluctant to start Yoga as I had always previously done weights in the gym, however after the first session with Sepi I was hooked and have continued to have weekly sessions to help me get back in shape and calm my mind.
It wasn't my initial encounter with yoga, but she truly has a knack for calming you down and purging negative energy from your body. She's talented, youthful, and radiates positivity.
