About Tonita
I entered my first hatha yoga class around 10 years ago and have been practicing ever since. Hatha yoga has provided me strength to face life's challenges and overcome situations. Yoga not only gives us physical strength, it gives mental and spiritual strength. We learn discipline through our daily practice.
I have a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Currently completing my masters in Social Work. I love to help others and truly believe in the benefits of Hatha for overall wellbeing

Qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher
Specialising in Yoga therapy, focusing on alleviating any pain experienced by the practitioner
Whether you are a beginner or have an experienced practice I will meet you where you are, building confidence and love for your practice.
We will include all aspects of Hatha including pranayama and meditation. If there is any posture or any injury you would like to work with, we will tailor class and make that our focus
