About Sophia
I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and I believe in the transformative power of yoga as a tool for self-knowledge and quality of life. I trained in Yoga at Yogabahia with international certification from the Kahavayadhama Institute (India). I have been teaching remotely since 2022. I invite you to come and practice too!

These will be hatha yoga classes, based on the Indian tradition. The classes will take place online and live with cameras on for better monitoring by the teacher and student development. The classes are adapted to the needs of each student, and everyone can participate, regardless of whether they have previous experience or not.
