About Parvathi
Parvathi Haritsa (legal name Meenakshi Dakshineshwar) has been practicing Hatha Yoga since she was 5 yrs old and has specialized in Sivananda style of traditional Hatha Yoga since 2008 and is certified by Sivananda Yoga to teach. She's also been initiated into Rajayoga in Siddha Parampara by Annan Guruji and she's a Lalitha upasaki and a direct disciple of late Prof. P. A. Seshan a.k.a. Amritapadaananda who is a disciple of Vedadri Maharshi, Amritanandanatha Saraswati of Devipuram, Enomiya Lassale and Krishnamacharya. She follows Samayachara path as advised by her Swaguru.

Kechari - The Hatha Yoga Studios specializes and trains aspirants in traditional Hatha Yoga. We specialize in yoga, shat karma, yoganidra and are trained to teach pre/post-natal women and to kids under our banner.
We support people looking for fitness, flexibility, wellness, immunity, balance, mindfulness, holistic living, and weight loss at Studio Kechari and meditation at Adityahridayam Foundation.
We equip our students with personal workout regimes for off days and during travel, and dietary advice for holistic living.
