With an Ed.M from Harvard, an MBA from Boston University, a 93 out of 100 manager score on Great Places To Work, plus 20 years of experience leading teams (including unwieldy ones) and coaching managers, I have an overflowing toolbox of knowledge and resources at your disposal.
