About Alma

I teach lever or concert harp for beginners or intermediate and advanced levels in German, English or even in bad Spanish, when needed.

Other than that I play in orchestras on a regular basis in Germany, Scandinavia, England and Spain, e.g. in Komische Oper, Konzerthaus, the orchestra of the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Gewandhaus Leipzig, Palau de les Arts Valencia, Oslo Filharmonien, etc.

Besides I am challenging myself in arranging music from different styles for the harp (especially latin style) and try to improve my improvisation skills.

I play little piano, guitar and try percussion instruments for fun.

About the lesson

My main goal with teaching is that you feel supported as a person and musician.

Thanks to my longtime experience from competitions and concerts, I can teach you a strong technique.

You are an advanced player and want to go deep into music? I can help you develop your strengths and built mental skills for stage.

You are starting from zero and just want to relax? Let`s learn about rhythm and a musical basis to easen your access to this wonderful instrument.

You want to be creative and don`t know where to start?
No problem, let`s discover together the animal inside of you!!

I don`t have any limitations making music - I just want you to enjoy yourself and have fun!
