About Patricia
I am a Bikram certified yoga instructor who has taught from Hollywood to Bollywood. I trained in Washington, DC, as an Air Force officer and certified as a yoga instructor in Los Angeles with renowned yoga guru Bikram Choudhury. After volunteering at Omega Institute, a yoga retreat and wellness center in Rhinebeck, New York, I have taught in Costa Rica, Thailand, and India. I opened a studio in a barn loft to teach privately in Middleburg, Virginia, and became an ambassador for BeYogi Insurance. As a former military public affairs officer, I have written two books on Amazon Kindle about yoga beyond the mat. I teach locally for spas, gyms and country clubs. Change yourself and you can change the world. Hatha yoga helps you do that. We teach 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. There are 12 standing and 14 floor postures. These are best performed in warm room. Whether you are just starting a yoga practice, or you are an experienced practitioner, a yoga practice can take you farther than you could go without it. It is your solar battery. If you want to take a class with a buddy and split the cost, that is okay with me.

Patricia is one of the few remaining yoga teachers out there who is not constantly pushing product rather what shines through is Patricia’s dedication to ensuring that the students who are practicing with her are present and are learning proper form and breathing. She is not in the room to be the star of a show, your DJ or your psychiatrist rather she guides her students in a class that empowers and benefits her students in the 26 and 2 practice.

Private Class $75 with 15 minute Introduction call on Skype and Intake Form. Three Class Pass available for $150. Group class rate is $25 pp for 10 people maximum. Couples rate $100 for 60 minute class.
