About Danielle
I am a yoga teacher with over 250 hours of teacher training. I’ve taken continued education courses to be certified in wall yoga, prenatal yoga, chair yoga, yin yoga, yoga anatomy and trauma informed yoga. I strive to continuous deepening of my knowledge and understanding.

Yoga changed my life- and I mean REALLY changed everything about how I move through my day to day and the mindset I take into every relationship, my career, my goals, even encounters with strangers. I know yoga has the power do the same for you too which is the reason I enjoy sharing this practice. Yoga isn’t just about the physical activity and postures that we will move through in practice. It’s about the union of our body and mind. The mat is a place to release, quiet, slow down and breathe. It provides an intentional time of the day to move from the go go go to the present moment where you will find stillness to build strength, vitality and resilience in your mind and body. If you suffer from depression and/or anxiety like I did (and still do sometimes), you will find relief in this practice as it’s an important tool in your mental health tool box. I specialize in Yin Yoga (holding postures for extended periods of time usually 2-5 minutes). I fell in love with this particular method of practice because it’s more of a moving meditation. The extended poses allow you to really sink into each posture so you get the full benefit of each one while releasing stuck energies and trauma, also known as somatic work, and quickly increasing flexibility. I enjoy creating a theme for each practice which I can tailor to be most impactful for you and what you’re growing through right now. I would love to be a part of your healing and growth journey. Danielle has really helped with my mobility and Im feeling more confident and strong in my body. I’ve never practiced yoga, but she made it very beginner friendly. I also enjoyed the accountability our scheduled sessions at my home provided.
