About Christen
I started to learn classical guitar in conservatory 9 years ago, without finishing my course entirely. Hence, I could acquire fundamentals that other people find hard to learn alone.
Later, I played electric guitar and sang in a musical group (Rock, Pop, Blues) for 6 years.

My teaching methodology is simple and obvious: assess the initial level of the student starting with the fundamental basics, then, practice and a lot of practice. Thus, the student learns most effectively, retains better, and is always stimulated, curious and wants to learn more. At the theoretical level, it depends on the will of the student: some aim for the long term and want to learn theory while others prefer to be able to play and sing the songs they want, and therefore focus more on practice. I have no problem following both options.
