About Cyrus
I’m a guitar teacher with over 12 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music Education focused on guitar. Teaching guitar is more than just playing notes to me — it’s about helping students express their emotions through music. I love guiding my students to find their own voice on the instrument while building strong technique and musical understanding. My lessons cover solid fretboard fluency, theory, and practical skills that make playing enjoyable and confident. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, I tailor my approach to your goals and style. I believe learning music should be a balance of discipline and creativity. I focus on developing emotional expression alongside technical skills, helping students connect deeply with the music they play. Together, we explore different genres and techniques to keep lessons fresh and inspiring. I’m patient and supportive, always encouraging you to push your limits at a comfortable pace. My teaching method focuses on helping students enjoy music while building strong skills on the guitar.
