About Dylan
As a guitar teacher, I prioritize creating a supportive, engaging, and customized learning experience for each student. With years of teaching experience—both privately and through School of Rock—I’ve worked with students of all ages, skill levels, and learning styles. I believe that music should be both fun and rewarding, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s goals, whether they want to master their favorite songs, develop technical skills, explore songwriting, or build confidence as a performer. My background in live sound and studio production allows me to offer unique insights into playing in a band, recording music, and developing stage presence. Most importantly, I bring patience, enthusiasm, and a deep love for music to every lesson, helping students unlock their full potential as musicians.

Perfect! Dylan is great teacher.
I am an over 65 year old student with only a few years of training. Dylan has the patience to get me through understanding both the details of music theory, tempo and music styles while keeping me engaged through picking songs I like that I can play. Joe AView more reviews

Being an older student, I thought learning how to play the guitar it would be hard, but Dylan makes it easy. Dylan‘s lesson structure is easy and fun. I recommend Dylan to anyone that wants to learn five stars is not enough -Steve R.
Dylan’s expertise in teaching guitar has been the light post in the start of my journey as a musician. As someone who wasn’t too familiar with playing music prior to meeting Dylan, I can’t be grateful enough for the way he incorporates his own unique style of teaching into my lessons. Whenever I experience doubt or start to lose motivation, he gets me right back on track. Dylan has about 10 years of guitar experience, and is a great teacher for anyone looking to start learning or advance their guitar playing.
