About Elsa
I am an independent postdoctoral scholar (PhD in Public Policy), writer, and researcher with over fifteen years of experience spanning academia, policy analysis, and creative inquiry. My work bridges research and storytelling, exploring themes of belonging, resilience, and social change through both scholarly and artistic lenses. What inspires me most as a mentor is witnessing students grow in confidence and clarity, not just mastering their subjects, but finding their own voice within them. I believe that learning is a dialogue, not a lecture; a space where curiosity and authenticity meet. Having worked on development and governance across South Asia and the Middle East, I bring a global perspective grounded in empathy and lived experience.
