About Ajay
Prof.(Dr.) Ajay hails from Meerut, where he is an acclaimed motivational speaker and thought leader in the area of education and career guidance, and is a distinguished academician with more than 25 years of experience teaching those pursuing higher technical education. He has not only imparted knowledge as a Professor, but also served at the helm of reputed engineering colleges as Director for a long time.
During his career as an academician, he brought about the initiation of the Career Counseling Cell. He believes in the power of entrepreneurship and understands the difficulties the youth face when trying to start something of their own. To this effect, he initiated the Entrepreneurship Development Cell to help guide budding entrepreneurs in the right direction. One major roadblock on the way to success is lack of confidence. In a student’s life, various factors beyond anyone’s control contribute to this impediment. Prof.(Dr.) Ajay’s Personality Development Cell goes a long way in addressing these issues and helping the youth overcome their hesitation and gain confidence in themselves. He initiated these cells in various organisations to help as many students as possible.
His passion for motivating the youth to aim for better education, career, and life pushed him to dedicate his whole life to this noble cause.
