About Paul
I am a Senior executive coach and consultant specialising in growing and developing leaders, teams and people who have had enough of feeling stuck, putting up with mediocrity, or that nagging sense that they've stagnated or are just just 'half alive'. I combine and bring my experience and insights from my professional life in sustainability, social sciences, the performing arts (music, singing and acting) and the media (producer, broadcaster and expert guest) on radio (Triple J) - with my passion in seeing people reach and achieve breakthroughs!
