About Vira
I have touched fire and grease since the tender age of 5. I never stopped cooking even through dormitory, internships, and university. When I went out eating, I always think about how to replicate this dish and how to make it better. Do I always succeed? Not always. However, after every failure, I always manage to elevate my next plate of love, and on the 2nd or 3rd try, I always nail the dish. The feeling of nailing a dish is exhilarating and I hope I can share that feeling with you :)

We will discuss the level of cooking you are comfortable with (fire, knives, boiled water, etc.), the kinds of dishes you are excited to master, and your availability. I will then give simple cookbooks and videos of myself or others cooking. In our meeting, I will guide you step-by-step in the kitchen, either on the webcam or in-person.
I have successfully taught a couple of friends how to cook Indonesian dishes.
This course is perfect for uni students and adults who want to expand their palate and choices for potluck.
