Aishwarya is a great teacher. I decided the dishes that I wanted to learn and Aishwarya gave me a list of ingredients. The lessons themselves were lots of fun, easy to do, online. We managed to get through 2 dishes in one hour and were are going to do more dishes in the second hour. Many of the dishes use the same spices so getting the ingredients together before the lesson was easy. She also suggested where we could get the ingredients from. Aishwarya is very knowledgeable about Indian cooking and the dishes we cooked were prepared using straight forward methods which I am confident about doing on my own. Some of the dishes I tried to cook before but Aishwarya recipe was much tastier.
