About Michelle
My name is Michelle and I am 31 years.
Since I was a little girl I have had a heartfelt desire to help people, because I have seen, experienced and felt massive sadness and pain. I'm now a certified coach, but really I've been coaching all my life - I just didn't have the title.
It is not the title that is important to me, but the person behind it. I have risen from the darkest place in life, and created my own life - my own success. My mission is to make the significant difference that I myself stood and was missing.
We don't just need coaches, like me, when everything falls, but also when everything works. Taking responsibility and ownership for our own life is when we take care of ourselves ALL THE TIME - not just when it falls.
Happiness is your path to success. I found all of this when I took action, and among other things created the mantra for myself:
“I live to experience rather than live to survive. You get the life you create"
I have a history and life experience that very few people ever come close to in a lifetime, and that makes me unique. That's why I often understand people better than they understand themselves; I see, feel and understand you where you are sitting now. I listen and do not judge.
"We have a history, but we are not our history" and "there is always a solution" is one of my many mantra's I help people - and how I've helped myself to come from massive trauma to a happy life where I am now.
I've lived through massive trauma, neglect, brutal bullying, stood as a child in an insane divorce ewith my parents, been ostracized by Jehovah's Witnesses, was about to take my own life because I couldn't see the purpose of my life anymore, lost my mother to cancer; been struugling with many eating disorders, been hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital and a lot more, but I got up every time! I wanted to succeed despite of my past life traumas, and not be defined by what others thought around me - I wanted to create my own life. So I did.
My courage, willpower and belief in myself have brought me here, where I stand strong, happy and free in my choices. And I want to show you that you can overcome any obstacles.
So this is a part of what I can help you with - the bad times gave me the tools to help people to rise from the darkness, to stay grounded, in balance, happy and feeling love. Most important: to love themselves for who they truly are. You Matter the most!

How do I stand out as a Lifecoach from others in my industry? Quite simply: there will always only be one of me.
I work with the forgiveness of ourselves and others, and how we can learn to let go of the negative thoughts that weigh us down. I teach you how to live an authentic life, where you discover who you really are, get to know your core values, and how you can live a life at ease, where you no longer fear the opinions and attitudes of others, but where you know your own needs and wishes.
I work with the visual image manifestation, where you learn how you can initiate the process with your imagination and how you can attract exactly the areas of life that you have always dreamed of. The difference, however, is that you will see your goals and dreams come true instead of just remaining in the dream and imagination of them.
Succes is not how many money you have - it's all about how you feel. Inner success must be achieved before the outer success can be manifested and lived out. It's never too late to start, but it's too late not to.
I never doubt in you - I never judge you - I see you for the human being you are. This is YOUR TIME.
I'm the best listener, working with a lot of well-proven coaching tools e.g. with forgiveness, selflove etc. I have meditations for you, a workbook and full attention on YOU, and how YOU can succeed succesfully.
