About Isha
For the past five years, I've mentored junior analysts on JPMorgan's quant teams — helping them build intuition for complex models, debug their own thinking, and grow into confident problem-solvers. Alongside that, I've spent the last 1.5 years teaching personal finance to high school students, which taught me how to make abstract, numbers-heavy concepts click for learners at every level and age.
I tutor math (algebra through calculus), personal finance and economics, and quantitative finance for college students or career-switchers breaking into the field.
My approach is simple: I don't just hand over answers, I walk through the reasoning with you, so you leave each session understanding why something works, not just what the answer is. That's the same approach that's helped junior analysts at JPMorgan grow into independent thinkers.
What I love most about tutoring is the same thing I love about mentoring: that moment when a concept finally clicks, and watching someone carry that confidence into the next problem.
