About Anusha
I hold a Master's from King's College London in HR with a CIPD level 7 diploma. I am currently working in Finance in a managerial role. I have first-hand knowledge of how businesses operate and I have been studying Business for the last 7 years from GCSE, Sixth Form, my undergraduate was Business Administration from the University of Kent, and thus I have knowledge of the other fields of business as well; ranging from Finance, Marketing, Operations, and HR. I chose to specialise in HR in my Master's. I have always been asked to share my notes and lead discussions and as such, I have learnt to teach and address a group of individuals with very basic to advanced knowledge and adapted my language to assist them. I have worked in an International school prior to my current role in 2017 which I loved. I enjoy teaching and seeing others thrive.

I take a variety of approaches. I myself am someone who is very proactive and a visual learner! I use mind-maps and love to colour coordinate. I also like to make information packs and break down the workload into small bite-size information. I like to also do small tests to ensure that the knowledge has been absorbed. I can easily adapt my work if the individual prefers however in my experience certain business techniques help the mind absorb information better but as everyone is different I am well aware of this.

Very reliable and quick at responses, she also breaks down the workload. Especially useful for students who are working full-time and do not have time to digest these materials in their own time. She makes learning enjoyable. She uses current articles and keeps up with the trends so nothing is dated.
Anusha was a massive help when I was doing my course. She prepared for each lesson thoroughly and was able to break down complex readings into digestible study guides.
