About Arianne
In 2019 I sat my AQA Geography GCSE, I received a 9. In 2021 I sat my AQA A Levels and received an A*. In 2025 I received a First in my MA Geography Degree from Edinburgh University, along with a 7.4 average in my third year during my year exchange at the University of Amsterdam.
I have tutored for a year and a half in AQA GCSE and A Level Geography, and have helped students to achieve higher than 3 grades than when I first met them.

I adapt my approach to teaching and learning depending, not only on the student's age, but on what their ability is. My aim is to elicit confidence in the subject and the student and to help them achieve the best grade of their ability. I believe this comes from instilling confidence into the student and letting them take control of their learning, with my help. This would look like them choosing the topic they want to study for that lesson, so they get good at identifying their own knowledge gaps.
