About Elisya
I chose to become an early childhood teacher because I believe that the early years of a child's life are very important in shaping who they become. I enjoy working with children and watching them learn, grow and become more independent.
As a teacher, I want to create a safe, positive and meaningful environment where children feel comfortable exploring, making mistakes and learning at their own pace. Montessori education has also taught me the importance of respecting each child's individuality and allowing them to develop independence and confidence.
In the future, I hope to continue improving myself as an educator, gain more knowledge and experience in Montessori education, and become a better teacher. I would like to inspire children, support their development and make a positive difference in their early years.
For me, teaching is not only about giving children knowledge. It is about helping them discover what they are capable of and giving them the confidence to believe in themselves.

I'm using Montessori lessons that are usually designed to develop the child progressively rather than simply teaching academic content. In a Montessori 3–6 environment, the main areas are Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Culture. Montessori is designed as a 3–6 progression, and the teacher observes each child and presents the next appropriate lesson when the child is ready.
