About Sonia
I am a Graduate in Tourism, with a certificated C1 level of English. I worked as a private teacher for 6 years, in English and other subjects, for primary and elementary school levels. But after getting my C1 Advanced certificate (CAE), working as a tour guide in English language for almost 5 years (in Madrid and Amsterdam), and living abroad for several years, I've acquired the capacity of communicating in English practically with the same fluency (speaking and writing) than in Spanish, my mother tongue, so I am definitely trained to help with English at other more advanced levels too!

My teaching method is usually adjusted to the needs of the students I work with. In any case, when teaching English, I like to give priority to the conversational part. In addition, in cases where a certain structure has to be followed, either because an exam has to be prepared for a specific level, or because a textbook must be followed, I also try to add a dynamic part that makes the classes a "less boring" way of learning.
