About Jesus Miguel
I am a 26-year-old man with great energy and passion in relation to exercise and its derivatives, but also eager to help and/or teach my knowledge to those who need it. As you can imagine, I love doing almost any type of exercise (individual or in a group) and I like to combine various forms of exercising the cardiovascular system, (HIIT, plyometric training). Most of the people I know would describe me as a kind person, always wanting to do things and help people. I love having thoughtful conversations and open to any kind of topic.

My classes will go depending on the objectives you have or want to achieve. It will depend if what you want is to learn the theory of exercise science/exercise physiology etc, or if you are looking for a personal trainer to help you achieve the goals that others have not been able to (lose/gain weight, tone up, dry, muscle up) with the help of a training and a personalised diet plan.
Whatever you are looking for in relation to physical exercise and/or health/wellness, it is very likely that it can help you, along with the possibility of educating yourself better in these areas so that you can do it yourself in the future. My specific goal is to be able to help and educate people who need it. If your goal is not this and more training and goal-oriented, I can definitely help you. Don´t be scared to ask anything, I'm here to help :)
