About Martina
I am a pilates teacher, master's degree in preventive and adapted motor science (functional re-education curriculum). I have been teaching pilates matwork for 3 years, I also carry out preventive and adapted gymnastics activities for the prevention and maintenance of good health but also motor rehabilitation activities for subjects with postural problems (scoliosis, hyperkyphosis, hyper lordosis, lumbosciatica, low back pain, etc.) and / or traumatized patients (ACL, sprains, prosthesis outcomes, capsulitis, rotator cuff pathologies) for all ages.

My lessons are held on the basis of individual criteria, once a basic postural assessment has been carried out and the problems expressed by the subject I work in order to improve and obtain the main objective (eg: pain in the lumbar area, I perform exercises that do not get worse the situation as well as the improvement of painful symptoms).
