About Julien
I have been teaching for 15 years now, including 10 years between the North-East of France and Luxembourg.

Hello everyone !
- You want to be ready for next summer with your friends to liven up the evening?
- Do you want to give your teenager a playful and mordern opening to the world of music?
- Are you a young parent, a teacher, working with young audiences?
Professional singer musician for more than 10 years, trained at the Conservatory and graduated from the Music Academy International, I offer private lessons in guitar or ukulele to accompany you while singing.
With a progressive method adapted to all ages and to the tastes of each of my students, I suggest you build in good humor a solid foundation to become independent and achieve your goals while having fun even starting from scratch.
No need to fear music theory: only the concepts truly useful to the student and his level will be approached, and with great ease!
The lessons are voluntarily oriented towards Current Music (Pop, Rock, Folk, Variety, French Song…) and on guitar / vocals or ukulele / vocals accompaniment.
We will define together your musical universe in order to work as well as possible and thus find your own identity.
Are you highly motivated or in need of an accelerated and intensive musical training for a precise event? We will establish a schedule relating to your objectives, with several lessons per week or half-day internship.

J'avais peur que commencer à apprendre un instrument en ligne en partant de rien soit périlleux, et finalement j'ai pu rapidement progresser, même à distance, grâce à Julien. Les vidéos de travail hors cours m'ont beaucoup aidée à pratiquer de mon côté.
Julien est un professeur très dynamique et flexible selon vos attentes. Et je dois avouer qu'on a tendance à bien rire pendant les cours aussi. Bref, je vous le recommande !J'ai rencontré Julien aux ateliers collectifs de Ukulélé qu'il donne à Metz et ai ensuite décidé de prendre des cours particuliers avec lui. Etant professeur des écoles, nous avons pu travailler sur un répertoire adapté à ma classe et même préparer un spectacle de fin d'année avec mes élèves. Ils étaient ravis !
A côté de ça, nous avons aussi travaillé pas mal de chansons des Beatles dont je suis un grand fan, et je n'aurais pas cru pouvoir faire autant avec un si petit instrument
Petit avertissement : Julien est parfois difficile à joindre de par ses multiples activités musicales en dehors des cours...alors si vous arrivez à lui mettre la main dessus, ne le lâchez plus !! :p

J'ai la chance d'avoir commencé les cours de guitare à distance avec Julien, et je suis ravie du résultat, je recommande vivement ce super-prof, vous ne serez pas déçus !
D'une part Julien est un musicien accompli, guitariste et chanteur. D'autre part, il est très pédagogue et patient. Il s'adapte à vous, essaie toujours de trouver un moyen pour faire comprendre. Toujours de bonne humeur en plus ! Bref, il est mon prof de ukulélé depuis 7 ans, et c'est grâce à lui que je n'ai pas lâché, car vraiment je n'avais jamais fait de musique avant. Bref, estampillé "superprof" !
