About Pablo
'Knowing how to live at the foot of a volcano'. For me this sentence summarizes my way of being and what I intend to achieve in people who seek help. It is about living beyond the imminent and constant danger that any setback or 'problem' that surrounds us can pose. The question will be to be aware of to what extent it is more or less serious and to what extent we want this problem to accompany us. And there would be more ... is it really a problem?
The purpose will be to reflect openly and allow error and doubt, always starting from empathy and respect.

There is the idea that philosophy is boring, intellectual and far from reality ... But, truly, philosophy is nothing more than an attitude towards life, a way of living and questioning oneself ... So it is something very practical and useful when it comes to dealing with our day-to-day life.
Philosophical advice is based on the assumption that a good part of human conflicts are, in their origin, of a philosophical nature, since it is the personal philosophy of each one that makes up the basic attitudes to reality, to life. Therefore, it seeks to support those who want to understand and understand themselves, increase their reflection skills, print a more conscious direction in their lives, enrich and broaden their perspectives, those who aspire to live with more congruence, lucidity and awareness.
