About Erika

Good morning! I'm Erika, from Venice! I specialize in tourism with decades of training in the field of customer satisfaction, in the preparation of tours and excursions designed ad hoc and in the hotel industry. I have a Master's Degree (LM) in Development of tourism and territorial systems and I have a degree in Modern Languages and Civilizations (Anglo-American / German / French). I wrote my specialist thesis in Split (HR) where I lived for about a year.

About the lesson

Learning foreign languages is an extraordinary world, which is a step that takes place slowly, with patience, attention and dedication. For this reason, my approach to teaching begins with a careful study of basic knowledge through language proficiency tests formulated from time to time. Then, also based on the specific needs of the interested party (languages for business; improvement of grammar, pronunciation; improvement of conversation skills; comprehension of texts of various kinds, or simply the interest in expanding one's cultural background by learning a language other than the native one) it is my task to draw up personalized booklets and studied ad hoc in order to achieve the objectives.
