Methodology
My teaching method is individualized and based on the specific needs of the student. This is why I believe that a first free lesson is essential. In addition to interacting with the student. This first meeting will give me the opportunity to understand his/her approach to study, is/her relationship with the subject studied and his/he weaknesses. This will be the basis on which to design a personalized study and work plan.
The final goal is to involve the student, transmit motivation and help him / her find the self-confidence he/she needs to master the subject. This is why it is essential to combine practice with theory during my lessons.
What is the point of getting lost in the maze of philosophy?
Why stop and study events from the distant past?
"There are more things in heaven and on earth, Horace - says Hamlet - Than are dreamt of in your philosophy .
During the lessons, my aim will be not only to fill any previous gaps but also to help the student to understand the usefulness and relevance of the subjects in everyday life.
I propose 2 types of lesson:
1) with the student who needs to fill in previous gaps, I will concentrate on reviewing and building an effective study method.
2) to those who already have a solid foundation, I offer the opportunity to deepen specific topics and to broaden their knowledge through readings and discussions.
I am a patient and reliable teacher and I offer lessons to middle school, high school and university students.
All necessary materials will be provided (in pdf) before the lesson.
