About Michelle
I started tutoring and teaching as early as middle school. I was a school-designated math peer tutor in high school and continued to help educate others as a teaching assistant and a private tutor in college. Having worked with students from elementary school all the way up to college-level courses, I have always enjoyed being a part of people's learning journey. It is incredibly fulfilling to guide people to a new understanding of a subject and watch their knowledge and newly learned skills continue to flourish.

My goal is to work with you to find what methods work best for you to grasp new concepts. A lesson with me is tailored to what you need. Do we need to go over a broad section of concepts or is there something specific you would like to work on? I am happy to write out new explanations, work through problems with you, come up with new analogies. We are flexible with learning strategies, because we know that not all students learn the same way. I am happy to work with K-12 and undergraduate students, and tend to focus on chemistry, biology, and mathematics.
