About Mildred
After obtaining a Japanese degree in 2013, I flew to Korea for a year of university exchange. I started to learn the language there while living among Korean students and helping them improve their French. I also taught French to a Korean journalist.
In 2016, I went back to live in South Korea in order to fully immerse myself in Korean culture (I took traditional Korean dance lessons there for 2 years) and to master the language.
I obtained the certificate of completion from the Korean Language Institute of Yonsei University in early 2018 as well as the TOPIK 4.

Your goal is to be able to chat with your other half in their native language? Or simply, Korea attracts you, its culture fascinates you and you have made it your mission to learn the language?
I am here to help you. Having lived for 3 years in South Korea, I first started by learning the language on my own, then in a Korean university and finally at the Yonsei Korean language institute where the language is taught intensively and in complete immersion for foreign students wishing to master it at a high level. I learned effective methods to progress continuously and enrich my cultural as well as linguistic knowledge.
As a Frenchwoman, I know the difficulties that can arise when learning a new language, and in particular Korean, which has a different alphabet and particularities from the French language.
Passionate about this language and Korean culture, I propose to accompany you in your learning and to share my knowledge with you, both in the language and in the culture.
