About Trina
I have been teaching for 12 years. In that 12 years I have taught Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Environmental Science, and grades 6-8 general science. I have two children and a husband. We have three dogs and a turtle. I love to spend time on the beach as much as possible and to read dystopian fiction and fairy tale retellings.

I love trying to make connections between concepts and real-life, relatable situations for students. I also love to incorporate demonstrations and lab activities when possible. I’ve been teaching for 12 years and love getting to witness students achieve their “ah-ha” moments.
