About Davina
I would love to teach because I feel I can help impact further generations, be it older generations or younger generations. I feel everyone has the right to learn and learn at their own pace and feel confident as sometimes things can be difficult and people feel fear to ask questions and learn which then puts them at a disadvantage. Learning can be fun and I want to teach those that it can be fun and learning is an everyday thing.

I am patient and kind and will go at the student's pace. I am fluent in English and also can teach maths. I like to go at a steady pace making sure that you understand what you are learning with no fear. I like to ask questions to understand if the student is following or needs additional support. I do offer homework to ensure that the student's on track and understand what they are learning. The homework is not to be critical but more to understand if we need to pivot to another pace or route or do we need to accelerate and move forward. I like to find out what interests the student and why they need the support they are being given. I’d like to make each session a little bit fun so it’s not boring and they can engage fully.
