About Anisha

Teaching has always been a passion of mine. As someone who successfully earned admission to IIT Kanpur through one of the world's most competitive entrance examinations, I understand that success is not just about hard work—it is also about having the right strategy, guidance, and mindset.

I am passionate about sharing the learning techniques, problem-solving approaches, and study strategies that helped me excel in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics and Physics have always been my favorite subjects, and I enjoy helping students develop a deep understanding of concepts rather than relying on memorization.

I teach students across a wide range of levels, from junior school and middle school to high school, intermediate, SAT preparation, and competitive examinations. Whether a student is building foundational skills, catching up in class, aiming for top grades, or preparing for advanced entrance exams, I tailor my teaching approach to their individual needs and learning style.

My goal is to make learning engaging, intuitive, and confidence-building. I focus on strengthening fundamentals, improving problem-solving abilities, and helping students understand the "why" behind every concept so that knowledge stays with them long after the lesson is over.

I firmly believe that every student has immense potential. Often, the difference between an average student and an exceptional one is access to the right guidance and mentorship. Having interacted with and mentored over 100 students, I have gained valuable insights into how different students learn and how to adapt my teaching to help each of them succeed.

Whether you are looking for support with school academics, enrichment beyond the classroom, exam preparation, or simply a stronger understanding of Mathematics and Science, I would be delighted to guide you on your academic journey and help you achieve your goals.

My teaching approach follows a structured, concept-driven methodology that takes students from the fundamentals to advanced problem-solving. I believe that true understanding comes from building strong basics first, which is why every topic is taught systematically before moving on to more challenging concepts.

Teaching Method and Techniques

- Clear explanation of core concepts and theory using simple, intuitive examples.
- Step-by-step problem-solving techniques to develop analytical thinking.
- Coverage of all important question patterns and variations that may appear in examinations.
- Regular practice through carefully selected questions ranging from basic to advanced levels.
- Continuous assessment through quizzes, assignments, and doubt-solving sessions to track progress and strengthen weak areas.

A Typical Lesson Plan

1. Quick review of previously learned concepts.
2. Introduction to new theory and fundamental principles.
3. Guided examples to demonstrate applications of the concepts.
4. Practice questions of increasing difficulty.
5. Discussion of shortcuts, common mistakes, and exam strategies.
6. Homework or additional practice problems for reinforcement.
7. Dedicated doubt-clearing session.

What Sets Me Apart?

- Had a firsthand experience with competitive exams, and have been successful to crack each of them.
- Strong focus on conceptual clarity rather than rote memorization.
- Comprehensive coverage of all major question types and problem-solving patterns.
- Personalized guidance based on each student's strengths and weaknesses.
- Emphasis on exam-oriented preparation while ensuring deep understanding of the subject.
- Patient and supportive teaching style that encourages students to ask questions and develop confidence.

Who the Lessons Are For?

My lessons are suitable for middle school, high school, and undergraduate students. They are particularly beneficial for students preparing for school examinations, competitive entrance exams, aptitude tests, and university-level coursework. Whether a student is struggling with the basics or aiming for top ranks, the lessons are tailored to match their current level and learning goals.
