Namaste Everyone, Aap sab ko inform karna chahti hoon ki hamare weekly yoga sessions ek planned structure ke अनुसार चलते हैं, जिससे practice safe, balanced aur effective बनी रहे। Har din का एक specific purpose होता है: Day 1 (Monday): Forward Bends + Hip Openers Shuruaat hum calm aur grounding practice se karte hain jisse weekend ke baad ki body stiffness release ho aur mind settle ho. Day 2 (Tuesday): Strengthening + Core Activation Sharir jab thoda open ho jaata hai, tab hum strength aur core par kaam karte hain – jisse posture aur energy dono improve hote hain. Day 3 (Wednesday): Back Bending + Heart Opening Mid-week mein hum energizing postures jaise backbends karte hain jo heart open karte hain, posture improve karte hain aur energy uplift hoti hai. Day 4 (Thursday): Balancing + Twisting Ye din focus aur detox ka hota hai – balance poses se mental clarity aati hai aur twists se internal organs active hote hain. Day 5 (Friday): Full Body Intense Practice + Deep Stretch Week ke last din hum thoda challenging session karte hain jisme strength, flexibility aur stamina sab par kaam hota hai. Purpose: Body achhi tarah active ho jaye, thoda थक जाए — ताकि aapka weekend ka rest aur bhi healing ho सके। Is structured routine se aapka practice week दर week better hota रहेगा.
