About Lily
Hi! I'm Lily, a Life Science Student who graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science with high distinction. I am an IB graduate with a 96% average and received the award of highest standing in Mathematics and Sciences in my grade. I have been a school and private tutor since 2017, teaching a variety of subjects such as Math, Physics, English, Biology, and Chemistry. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

My teaching style is student-centered with a lot of patience. I communicate with students thoroughly and personalize my classes for each individual. Additionally, I provide a trial class to all students for them to comprehend my style. A typical class begins with a pre-prepared lesson on the curriculum. Then there are some example questions to ensure the student understands the concepts. I create homework or assessments based on the availability of students. Questions are welcome during the entire process! My lessons are for high school academic/IB students or younger. Lastly, I also enjoy providing guidance on academic balance and college applications!
