About Anastasia
As a graduate of the University of Oxford and a current MSc student at the University of Edinburgh, I bring a wealth of academic experience and passion for teaching. I understand the pressures of academic life and how to navigate them successfully. My goal is not only to help you achieve your desired grades or prepare for interviews but to inspire confidence and curiosity in the subject. Having tutored in a wide range of subjects, I believe in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can develop critical thinking skills and gain confidence in their abilities. My approach is always tailored to the individual needs of each student, ensuring they receive the guidance and encouragement needed to excel academically.

Teaching Techniques & Methodology: My approach to tutoring is tailored and student-centred, focusing on building confidence and a deep understanding of the subject. While adapting my teaching style to suit each student's learning pace and preferences, I believe in interactive learning where students actively engage with the material through discussion, problem-solving, and critical thinking. As well as solidifying an understanding of academic content, I focus on improving argumentation, clarity of expression, and critical analysis in essay-based subjects.
