About Bryan
Graduated from the BPJEPS AGFF Mention C+D, I have been doing this activity for 6 years now.
As a professional in fitness and strength activities, I provide advice on the practice of bodybuilding, on well-being and lifestyle, offer and provide physical and sports activities in the form of group lessons. or personalized coaching by following the client's objectives, profile and age.

I think doing sports every day for two hours and without intensity is useless.
My work method is above all based on a fast and intense sports class (1H max)
My goals are to allow as many people as possible to adopt a better quality of life and rebalance their diet!

Perfect! Bryan est un coach très professionnel qui est à la fois à l’écoute des clients et à la recherche de résultat. J’ai profité des mes vacances à Saint-Tropez pour poursuivre pendant 3 semaines mes activités sportives avec Bryan. C’était parfait!!!! Je le recontacterai l’année prochaine sans aucun doute!!!!

Je pratique depuis quelques mois le sport avec Bryan. J'étais réticente aux cours particuliers, moi qui ai l'habitude des cours collectifs et je ne regrette absolument pas! L'atout principal des cours avec Bryan est qu'il adapte chaque séances en fonction de ses besoins et ses attentes.
