About Wafa
I am a law student with over five years of tutoring experience. I have worked professionally with Varsity Tutors and also as a private tutor for people of all ages on sharpening math and English skills. During my undergraduate career, I ran two organizations which provided tutoring services for children in low income families, and I also was a mentor for refugee students in the Houston area. I also worked for the writing center on campus, where I provided students critiques and improvement methods on their essays and presentations. In my free time, I put my degree in Creative Writing to use by writing short stories and helping other writers strengthen their craft through workshops.
