About Kristen
Everyone has the capability to succeed in school — I'm here to help guide students explore a holistic range of approaches that work best for their learning needs.
In the past decade, I’ve been crafting narratives and writing copy as a web editor in magazine publishing, social media and digital content creator, and most recently, digital marketing manager at a world-renowned museum of archaeology and anthropology.
Now I’m a writer, graduate student, independent tutor, and visual artist living in Brighton with my partner and our cat.
With a postgraduate degree in Cultural History, Identity, and Memory from the University of Brighton in progress (2022), an undergraduate degree in Journalism and English from Pennsylvania State University (2013), and a nose in book since I could read, I’ve spent my life seeking meaning and connection through the very human art of storytelling. I'd love to meet you and work to develop your skills in navigating the humanities together.
