About Stephanie
I have tutored for 10 years in these various different levels of sciences and maths. I was a TA for college Chemistry when I was doing my undergraduate degree. I am very patient and eager to celebrate any success: understanding and a good foundation are key to improving.

My teaching method is by understanding where a student is not understanding and to move from there. Every student is different in how they learn and what their needs are and how they learn. In math, I teach by explaining and showing how to answer a problem then having them try to answer several different similar problems. Building a strong foundation for the harder problems when steps are added on to make it seem easy and build a good study ethic. In science, to help the students learn facts through memory tactics. All students are different, so giving me information about how the student learns will help me adjust the lesson plan.
The lessons go from science and math from elementary school to high school including college leveled: Biology, Anatomy, Chemistry, Statistics, and Physics.
