About Lirane
Being a mathematics major , I have always wanted to help people struggling with mathematics . My journey as a math tutor started in 2018 at Montgomery College where I had the chance to tutor Calculus I & II , statistics and Differential Equation. Then I transferred to the University of the District of Columbia where I became a Mathematics Supplemental Instructor where my responsibilities were
To assist students with the lectures and concepts they were struggling to answer
To guide students with similar class problems until the students feel confident
Assign students with homework.

I am pretty flexible and usually adapt to the most suitable teaching methods for students .
I usually review the concepts seen in class , and determine the gaps in the student’s understanding . Then, I often go over several examples similar to class problems . Finally , I assign students with similar examples to ensure that they have entirely understood the concepts
