About Yuliia
I teach Yoga in Charleroi for a few years. Once or twice a year, I organize retreats or courses of Hatha Yoga in special places like the North Sea or the mountains of Ukraine. I give 2 lessons per week for beginner adults, a class for parents and their children (Family Yoga) and I also give private lessons for people who live with specific difficulties (wheelchair, psychological care etc ...)

Your Yoga teacher in Charleroi used a gentle method respecting the physical limits of each and intended to achieve harmony, well-being and refocusing on his positive emotions and his feelings.
