Hi, I’m Jide Adeola, and I specialise in helping students master English and Maths with confidence. I didn’t just choose to teach—I was called to it. I believe that effective learning happens when lessons are engaging, personalised, and practical. I take time to understand each student’s learning style—whether they’re visual, auditory, or hands-on learners—and I adjust my teaching accordingly. I break down complex topics into simple, relatable terms, and I always encourage questions, discussions, and real-life applications. My classes are interactive, so students are not just listening but actively participating and practising what they learn. I also use a mix of tools such as visuals, online resources, examples from daily life, and sometimes short quizzes or games to reinforce the lessons. For subjects that require practice (like writing or maths), we’ll work through exercises together and then independently. Lesson Length A typical lesson lasts about 1 hour, which gives us enough time to cover the topic in depth, do some practice, and have time for questions. However, I’m flexible depending on the student’s needs—some prefer shorter 45-minute sessions, while others may benefit from 90-minute lessons for more advanced topics or test preparation. - My Qualifications & Experience I’ve been tutoring for 7 years and have worked with students of various ages and levels—from young beginners to adults looking to sharpen their skills or prepare for exams. My background includes Higher National Diploma in Computer Science. I’ve helped students boost their confidence, improve their grades, and pass key exams, and I genuinely enjoy seeing them grow. Who My Lessons Are For My lessons are designed for a wide range of learners.
