I use various methods to teach relaxation and meditation. Including guided meditation sessions, talking about wellbeing and anxiety reducing techniques. Also, I can recommend various aromatherapy techniques to help calm, energise, relieve stress and improve mood. With such uncertain times, it's important to take time for yourself and focus on relaxing the mind.
