About Liam
I first picked up a guitar aged 8, and have rarely put it down since! The great thing about music is there's always more to learn, and all knowledge furthers personal and creative expression! With over 250 hours of teaching experience, I love to help students along this journey of discovery too.
I'm a working musician, currently playing guitar in bands Citrus (indie/alt rock), Lagos to Longbenton (Afrobeat/R&B) and Liam and Shayo (jazz), as well as beatmaking/producing for artists like half pipe, Pozzy and Xyzelle. I have a wide range of musical interests, and hope to cultivate that love for music in you too!

I'm most excited by students with a genuine love for guitar and music, and so love to help students improve in areas they are interested in. This might be for exams (I have top marks at GCSE, Level 3 and degree level), honing professional chops or just jamming and having fun making music - my lessons are bespoke and tailored to students' individual goals.
Lessons are typically an hour, and are for anyone beginner-professional.
