About Alana
I earned my BFA in Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I developed a strong foundation in fine art and creative exploration. In high school I began teaching local art classes and discovered my passion for helping students build confidence through creativity. While living in Savannah, I continued tutoring throughout my college years, supporting students in strengthening their technical skills and artistic voice.

Looking for personalized, encouraging art instruction that helps students grow? I offer one-on-one tutoring in painting, drawing, collage, and sculpture designed to build both skill and confidence. My approach focuses on strong artistic foundations like technique, composition, color, and form, while also nurturing each student’s individual creativity and voice. Whether you are just beginning or looking to refine your abilities, I tailor each lesson to your goals, learning style, and interests. Students gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment where creativity feels exciting, not intimidating. My goal is not only to teach skills, but to help students feel capable, inspired, and proud of what they create.
