About Jeremai
Well, about me, in my free time, I love travelling, playing the violin, riding horses and reading poems and fairy tales, and attending conversational clubs in different languages: French, English and Japanese.
One of the things I enjoy about mathematics is, that, although, thinking is hard and painful, there is this feeling of pleasure: it happens when after thinking about the problem long enough, you end up solving it. If you want to be challenged to think, then I am your choice.

My name is Jeremai Reyes, I am from Mexico, currently living and studying in Russia. Thanks God, I have been in different internships, workshops, hackathons, mathematical schools, studying and practicing at various universities both in my native country and abroad.
I am a qualified specialist in teaching mathematics in French, English and Spanish and use an individual approach to each student, taking into account his level of knowledge and interests. I used to manage various projects in Mexico. I was the head of a club whose goal was to see mathematics behind literature. We read various literary works, starting from the famous Argentine writer Jose Luis Borges, then Herman Melville, Lewis Carroll, Edwin Abbott, etc. I introduced public secondary schools to Soviet mathematical circles, where every week we handed out brochures with difficult but pleasant tasks, and five days later we got together to discuss problems and various ways to solve them. I also prepared students for the Olympiads, some of them went to Harvard, Stanford, Oxford and Cambridge after school.
In addition to teaching, I am actively involved in public life, being a member of several professional communities. In addition to working with mathematicians, I have experience working with people from different fields: computer science, humanities, engineering, and working with children (perhaps the smartest people I've had to deal with).
