When teaching a foreign language, I like to use examples of a daily life conversation to really show the practical use of words, grammar, sounds and syntax. I also find literature (depending on the level of the student) a useful tool to understand the written language in a more creative way. Listening to audios for getting familiar with the sound of the language, but at the same time helping my students develop their way of speaking. By organizing monthly projects regarding cultural themes helps my students to get in touch with the history and the culture of a nation and consequently gaining confidence in using the language whereas it is English, French or Greek!!! My students have my full attention and guidance to their needs, questions as I like to adjust the courses individually!!
